To support this, we are seeking a talented and experienced Communications and Stakeholder Lead to join our team to develop and deliver the Transformation engagement and communication strategies. This role is an integral member of the team and will work very closely with very broad range of a stakeholders including the Senior Leadership Team, Project Sponsor and Managers, internal business partners and employees. The role will suit someone who is excited about future ways of working. It will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and who can be very responsive to project demands and implementation of communication needs. The ideal candidate for this role will have depth and experience in targeted stakeholder engagement and consultation, issues management as well as a flair of creative content development to ensure we keep the project live and engaging for our people. Functions the role will perform include: Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plans to effectively convey the key messages and narrative of the Transformation Program and individual projects; Lead the planning and delivery of a range of stakeholder engagement activities, including information and consultation sessions, surveys and facilitated workshops and focus groups Identify and manage stakeholder engagement through a stakeholder analysis process Proactively promote projects at key milestones and identify appropriate content options by preparing are high quality and timely communication materials to support the delivery of projects Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with teams across all functions to align organisational impacts with strategic objectives in all communication activities Lead the development of post-engagement analysis reports Build awareness through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders using targeted communications, Work collaboratively with the team to address appropriate communication forums and mediums for change impact Assess the change impact on various roles within the business teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement About You: In addition to your demonstrated capabilities in delivering strategic communications, you will: Be a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment A professional with at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic communications plans A strong writer with an ability to distil technical and complex information for a broad range of channels and audiences Equipped with the appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in a relevant discipline Have an understanding of change management principles and methodologies; Be proficient in using communication tools and platforms; Ideally have worked on a large scale Transformation Program previously with successful outcomes Understand the discipline of Project management skills to integrate communication activities with project plans; This position is a 12-month fixed contract.
