Job Description

JK Renewables is seeking a Commercial Sales Director to drive sales growth in Ohio's solar energy market. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate has experience in outside sales, strong negotiation skills, and ideally, knowledge of the renewable energy sector. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales, particularly in technical or energy-related fields, and possess excellent negotiation skills. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as we serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including door-to-door outreach and networking events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings, particularly in solar energy solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance market presence and drive customer engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales, with a focus on technical or energy sales preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with solar sales or renewable energy markets is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license is required for travel to client locations.
