Recognized as a multi-year "Top Performer" and "Accelerating PACE" award winner in 2023 and 2024 by CT Green Bank, we’re expanding our team and seeking experienced consulting (1099) sales professionals in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts to drive commercial energy solutions nationwide.

Who We’re Looking For:
We need seasoned B2B sales experts with at least 5 years of experience selling high-value projects ($150,000+). You’ll advance and close deals with property owners and C-level executives, leveraging our robust lead generation team. Our top-tier team support will guide you from initial outreach to final signatures.

What You’ll Do:
• Advance existing , add new leads and build a strong sales pipeline
• Consult on energy-efficient solutions for commercial clients
• Collaborate with partners to craft compelling value propositions and feasibility studies
• Pitch solutions to decision-makers and key stakeholders

What You Bring:
• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A track record of success—think awards, exceeding quotas, or growing markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
