You will work cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to drive financial success, manage risks, and support project execution from a commercial standpoint. This is a high-impact position suited for someone with strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership capabilities—preferably with experience in the solar or broader renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Strategy & Planning Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with corporate goals and evolving energy markets. Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to guide strategic decisions. Evaluate project feasibility including financial modeling and return on investment analysis. 2. Contract Management Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors, contractors, partners, and clients. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards in all agreements. Lead contract amendments, conflict resolution, and commercial risk mitigation. 3. Financial Oversight Design pricing strategies, cost structures, and profit margin models for projects. Track and manage project budgets, revenue flows, and operational costs. Prepare comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and business cases for executive leadership. 4. Stakeholder Management Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients. Serve as the key commercial representative in external negotiations and strategic partnerships. 5. Project Support Collaborate with technical teams to assess and enhance project viability and timelines. Monitor project delivery and ensure adherence to commercial milestones and financial KPIs.
