FINANCIAL PACKAGE
In a week, full-time drivers operating within this fleet have the opportunity to earn anywhere from $900.00 to $1,600.00
The annual pay for full-time drivers within this group can reach anywhere from $46,800.00 to $83,200.00
Salaries may differ according to the amount of experience, chosen routes, consistent participation, and longevity of employment.
The total remuneration package also involves other supplementary compensation such as payments for tarping, stoppages, detentions, border crossings, safety rewards, and transportation of over-sized cargo as needed.
Full-time drivers operating within this fleet can expect to make $900.00 to $1,600.00 per week, translating to an annual salary between $46,800.00 and $83,200.00, taking into account both mileage payments and additional compensations for certain services. The actual earnings are contingent upon elements like experience level, designated routes, consistent attendance, and duration of employment with the company.
Flatbed regional driver compensation falls between $0.52 and $0.66 per mile, adjusting for different levels of experience.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
• Having a current Class A CDL is a necessity
• Individuals must be at least 21 years old to participate
• It is important to maintain a safe driving record while on the road.
• The individual has held no more than six different positions in the last three years
• The ideal candidate will possess a driving background of a minimum of four months

• Physical readiness is crucial for flatbed driver positions, as individuals should be able to raise a 90-pound tarp onto a platform that is 5 feet high twice. System Transport includes a test for this in the orientation process since tarping duties make up roughly 70% of the workload for flatbed drivers
