**YOUR CHALLENGE:** As a Customer Service Collaborator, you will perform administrative tasks related to managing our clients' contracts. This includes consulting, verifying, completing, and/or modifying information for billing or relocations. You will communicate relevant information to clients, provide customer-oriented service, and ensure accurate follow-up on their inquiries.

**YOUR PROFILE:**

• Fluent in French; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience in SAP CRM is a bonus
• Quick learner
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication, listening, and telephone skills
• Precise, meticulous, and analytical
