Key Responsibilities

• Evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, including deal due diligence, qualitative and quantitative analysis, deal team discussion/triage, authoring investment memorandums, and legal negotiation/closing processes.">
• Monitoring of the co-investment portfolio through ongoing dialogue with General Partners.">
• Working alongside Primary, Secondary, and Private Credit teams to support relationships with General Partners and drive co-investment deal flow.">
• Supporting fundraising activities through collaboration with investor relations, strategy, and investment professionals.">
