Job Description

Bank of America is seeking a Climate and Environmental Disclosure Controller II in Charlotte, NC. Develop and implement strategies for accurate and timely climate and environmental reporting in alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements
Analyze financial data and prepare reports on the financial impact of environmental initiatives and investments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and information for reporting purposes
Stay up-to-date on current environmental regulations and ensure compliance in all reporting activities
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data collection and reporting procedures
Serve as a subject matter expert on climate and environmental reporting, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders
Monitor and review internal and external reporting processes to identify and address any discrepancies or errors
Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the progress and impact of environmental initiatives and reporting efforts
Maintain accurate and organized records of all environmental reporting activities
Support the development and execution of sustainability initiatives in collaboration with other departments and external partners.
