Job Duties:
1. Conduct in-depth research on electric transportation and zero emissions buildings.
2. Develop policies and programs for government, utility, and private sector clients.
3. Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality results.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to deadlines.
5. Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. Master's degree in a relevant field (Public Policy, Business Administration, Planning, Engineering).
2. 2+ years of experience in climate policy, public policy, or a related field.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Familiarity with electric vehicle technologies and low-carbon building systems.
