A company is looking for a Consultant for Climate Resilient Housing Best Practices Documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct a desk review of technical documents and consultations with country offices to identify key themes and gaps in climate-resilient housing practices Prepare a structured draft documenting existing practices and approaches related to climate change risks and housing solutions Facilitate validation workshops to gather feedback and finalize the best practices document Required Qualifications Advanced degree in architecture, civil/structural engineering, housing-urban/regional planning, climate science, or disaster risk management Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in similar assignments Proven experience in developing technical guidelines or frameworks for international organizations or government programs In-depth knowledge of housing, climate resilience, and disaster risk management, preferably in the Asia-Pacific context Proficiency in climate risk analysis tools such as GIS and hazard mapping
