The Hershey Company is seeking a Climate Resilience Manager to develop and implement strategies for climate resilience and decarbonization in agricultural ingredients. The role involves collaboration with business units to create mitigation and adaptation strategies, overseeing implementation, and measuring progress. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8+ years of sustainability experience, and a strong understanding of climate risks in agricultural supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead the climate resilience and decarbonization strategy for agricultural ingredients
• Collaborate with key business units to create mitigation and adaptation strategies
• Oversee the implementation of the climate resilience strategy, including tracking progress and measuring ROI

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in an environmental and/or sustainability field required
• Advanced degree in agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, climate science, sustainability, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in sustainability, with at least 3 years in food and agriculture
• Technical understanding of climate risks and impacts in agricultural supply chains
• Experience in developing decarbonization strategies and building external partnerships
