The Ideal Candidate
A dedicated leader who shares our passion for climate justice and community empowerment. You will have a deep understanding of the indispensable role that movements play in creating social change and experience leading grassroots, movement-based climate justice work.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a strong network of passionate partners to address critical issues at the intersection of climate change, equity, and social and racial justice
- Enhance leadership, capacity, and commitment among CJA staff, board, member groups, allies, and donors
- Prioritize and advance racial equity within CJA's operations, culture, and programmatic efforts
