Job Details:

The Climate Control Professional will be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings to ensure energy efficiency and comfort. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading materials from trucks
• Erecting scaffolding or ladders to the required height
• Cutting insulation materials to size and installing them in frames, ceilings, attics, or crawlspaces
• Using various techniques such as stapling, gluing, wiring, nailing, or operating equipment that injects loose-fill or foamed insulation
• Driving a company vehicle and maintaining tools and truck
• Ensuring job sites are safe and complying with industry regulations

Qualifications:
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Installation experience is an advantage
• Proficient in using standard hand tools
• Able to work in confined spaces, including attics and crawlspaces
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
• Able to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Able to bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Being bilingual is beneficial
