We are seeking a skilled Climate Control Expert to join our team. As an experienced HVAC technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting breakdowns on HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on HVAC equipment
• Make repairs for customers efficiently and without compromising quality
• Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment in the customer's home and provide an accurate estimate of the cost of repair if applicable

Requirements:
• Some experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Valid driver's license for travel between job sites
