Climate Control Expert

This Climate Control Expert role involves maintaining and repairing air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment, as well as assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues with related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair existing air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues with exhaust fans and evaporative equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of equipment
Requirements:
• Three years or better experience in the trade
• Experience with newer refrigeration systems, including E2, Hussman Protocol Racks, and other advanced systems
• Computerized building control systems experience is a plus
• Able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Organized, flexible, and able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
• Must be at least 18 years of age
