About the Job
• Conduct complex air quality analyses, assessing regulatory compliance and performing regulatory applicability assessments.
• Develop and maintain accurate air quality permits for Title V, PSD, and New Source Review compliance.
• Foster relationships with local regulators to steward permit application review and issuance.
• Prepare comprehensive TRI and other emission inventory reports; quantify air pollutant emissions and impacts.
• Assess air pollution control technologies, evaluating technical and economic feasibility of air pollution control equipment.
• Implement innovative climate change projects, such as greenhouse gas inventories, emission reductions, energy efficiency, public disclosure, and MACT compliance programs.
• Develop and implement environmental compliance management systems and processes.
• Provide recommendations and reporting of results.
• Conduct environmental compliance audits and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
