About the Position

The Climate Change Planner will work closely with other departments to develop and implement strategies that improve the health and wellness of community members through planning, action, and tracking performance measures.

You will be responsible for managing project timelines and progress, representing the team at leadership meetings, and collaborating with other County staff to achieve shared goals.
