About the Role:
The Climate Change Branch is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Climate Change Planner. As a member of our team, you will work under the direction of the Climate Change Branch Chief and the Air Quality & Climate Change Office Chief on a mix of team-oriented and independent assignments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating, implementing, and mainstreaming climate change activities across Caltrans and with interagency partners.
Support activities related to climate change mitigation, adaptation, sustainability, and research and analysis to enhance the resiliency of the state's multimodal transportation system.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who have experience in transportation planning, climate change mitigation, and adaptation strategies. You should have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
