• *Responsibilities:
• Provides technical advisory and capacity-building to subnational governments and civil society organizations (CSOs) to improve their ability to access finance and mobilize investment.
• Assists in the development of a pipeline of public sector projects and screens investment opportunities.
• Develops gap analysis and strategic action plans on accessing green financing at the state and municipal level.
• Supports states and municipalities to access finance and mobilize investments for climate-related projects.
• *Requirements:**
• 6-10 years of experience in investment management, strategic planning, with experience in environmental social governance (ESG) and/or impact investing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Management, Mathematics, Engineering, Business/Administration.
• MBA or CFA or equivalent master's degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts and issues in a compelling, persuasive, fact-based manner.
