Job Description

Bassetlaw District Council is seeking a Climate Change Admin Assistant for a temporary 1-year position in Worksop, UK. The role involves supporting carbon reduction and climate change projects, focusing on domestic retrofit and utility tracking. Candidates should be passionate about environmental protection. The position requires in-person attendance at least 50% of the time, in line with a hybrid working policy. A generous employee benefits package is offered.
Climate Change Admin Assistant - Temporary Fixed 1 year

This is a great opportunity for a confident, forward-thinking individual to join our Climate Change team for 12 months.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in the delivery of carbon reduction and climate change projects with a focus on domestic retrofit and utility tracking. The role can also include the coordination of interpreting and analysing data for the Council’s carbon footprint.

As a part of Bassetlaw’s corporate hybrid working policy, you will be expected to be in person at our offices at least 50% of the time, with opportunity to join the team for project site visits where relevant.
