About the Role
We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Water & Natural Resources Business Line Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that focus on climate adaptation and resilience, ecological restoration, and green infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Support the growth and evolution of our water resources practice in the Northeast market.
• Develop and lead multi-disciplinary teams on water resource-related projects.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities to grow our practice.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, graduate degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience and Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Mentoring staff and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
