Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Hazard Mitigation Project Manager to join our team. As a member of our national mitigation and resilience practice, you will contribute to developing high-quality deliverables, managing projects, and growing the practice through new business opportunities.
About the Position

This position requires strong technical skills, including experience with data analysis, GIS mapping, and decision support tools. You will work collaboratively with clients and project teams to develop high-quality deliverables, manage projects from start to finish, and grow the practice through new business opportunities.
• Develop and coordinate input to a wide range of mitigation and adaptation plans
• Support local government and public outreach, facilitating meetings and events as needed
• Interpret risk assessment results and communicate findings in written reports
• Manage large datasets, identifying mitigation projects to reduce natural hazard risk

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urban planning, sustainability, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in hazard mitigation and resilience planning. Proven leadership and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office software and GIS applications.
