Strong organisational skills, ideally with proven experience managing communication and scheduling for multiple projects or stakeholder groups.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, showing balance of keen attention to detail with ability to reflect on strategic implications.
Experience with data analytics (i.e., structuring and cleaning a dataset to answer a specific question), with understanding of data quality, format and availability considerations.
A track record of teamwork and ability to produce high-quality results and outputs with limited supervision, ideally within cross-functional teams.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, collaborate and grow your professional skills.
Readiness to work in a small yet international organisation, show initiative and gradually take over responsibilities.
Comfort working in a remote-first environment with availability for travel.
Additional considerations
Familiarity with and/or experience working with carbon market policy or stakeholders, such as crediting programmes (standards), their registries, trading exchanges, analytics firms and market intermediaries is highly desired.
