Job Description
The Client Solutions Manager at Resource Environmental Solutions in Minneapolis, MN, is responsible for driving sales and delivering ecological solutions across the Midwest. About the position
The Client Solutions Manager for the RES Mid-West team is responsible for driving sales and delivering ecological solutions to clients across the Midwest. This role involves developing a pipeline of medium to long-range sales opportunities, executing on existing near-term opportunities, and managing complex sales pursuits to grow market share and advance client relationships. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and representation of RES's business interests in the region.
Responsibilities
• Develop a pipeline of medium to long-range sales opportunities (2-3 years) using the region's strategic business plan.

• Execute on existing near-term sales opportunities.
,
• Drive the business development process on complex sales pursuits to grow market share.
,
• Originate, negotiate, and close deals ranging from $1M to $50M+ across various phases including land acquisition, design, construction, and maintenance.

• Collaborate with internal solutions analysts to research and vet new market opportunities.
,
• Represent RES's business interests with industry groups, outside stakeholders, and 3rd party lobbyists.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).
,
• 5 or more years of experience in shaping, negotiating, and closing complex deals.

• Direct working experience with RES client base such as energy, oil, gas, transportation, utilities, real estate, construction, consulting, design, and/or engineering.

• Knowledge of the Minnesota & Iowa regulatory environment.
,
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the Midwest.

• Existing relationships with environmental sector partners and clients.

• Strong organizational skills to drive the program in the region.

• Experience working at conference booths/tables and interfacing with clients and teaming partners.
