Clients partner with us to manage their energy price risk exposure and to develop and implement risk management strategies to control and reduce their energy expenditures.

In this role you will gain a fundamental understanding of the energy industry and Tradition Energy and assist with the administration of data and information critical to our business. This will allow you to be mobile within the organization and set your energy career off on the right path.

What you'll do:

As part of our Client Services Team, you will play a key role in post-contract execution, ensuring seamless support for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

· Acting as a liaison between Energy Advisors and Energy Suppliers to resolve client issues ensuring satisfactory customer service experience.

· Managing the upload and organization of client contracts into our proprietary software platform.

· Managing the onboarding and implementation of clients into our invoice management, sustainability, and emissions reporting portal.

· Overseeing the client enrollment process to ensure a smooth transition to new suppliers.

· Perform Contract Modifications (adds/deletes) as needed.

Who you are:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a client-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have:

· 0-3 years of experience in energy or a related industry (preferred but not required).

· Bachelor's Degree - preferably with a Business related focus

· Relevant internships in energy or finance (a plus but not required).

· Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.

· Interest in the energy markets and energy consulting.

· Detail-oriented professional who can leverage data analytics in verifying customer information, ensuring accuracy, and timely service delivery.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and service-oriented mindset.

· Multi-tasker who can efficiently handle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
