What You'll Be Doing

You will assist one or more Financial Advisors with opening and maintaining client accounts and records, perform administrative support duties, provide customer service support to clients, and may enter trades as directed by the FA(s).
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform operational functions for client requests (e.g., check requests, wiring funds, address changes, website assistance).
• Obtain required documents and perform clerical functions related to client accounts.
• Schedule meetings, coordinate advisor and client schedules, and prepare reports for advisor meetings with clients.
• Work on various client projects with team members.
Requirements
• Administrative Knowledge: Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
• Time Management: Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Customer and Interpersonal Skills: Knowledge of principles for providing excellent customer service.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate information and ideas in spoken or written form.
Education & Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of clerical/related industry experience.
