As a Senior Attorney in our Clean Energy Program, you'll focus on litigation and advocacy strategies at state public utility commissions and before state regulators to prevent the buildout of fossil-fueled generation, eliminate barriers to clean energy adoption, and secure policies that support a transition to clean, affordable, and reliable energy.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of litigation and legal advocacy experience, working both independently and in a coalition setting, with a background in energy law. You'll develop cases, manage a litigation docket effectively, lead a litigation team, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partner organizations. Creativity, initiative, good judgment, and a strong work ethic are essential.
