Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clean Energy Project Manager to spearhead new Vector System integrations from contract close to final installation.

This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. The ideal candidate will have critical thinking, organizational, and resource management skills to successfully communicate between multiple tiers of the business.

Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with key organizational goals
• Provide constant, accurate communication with the customer throughout the implementation phase
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop schedules, and identify resource requirements
• Proactively monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders as necessary
• Foster collaboration among team members and clients
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies as necessary
• Manage project documentation and ensure all deliverables are met according to specifications
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency
• Provide timely communication to leadership regarding project status and pending issues

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Project Management certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project, implementation, or program management experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing facilitation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Click-Up, Jira, Trello, etc.)
