Job Description

The Clean Energy Project Coordinator position at beBee Careers involves traveling to job sites in Missouri, Indiana, and Illinois. Overview

This is a traveling position encompassing work sites in the assigned project area (Missouri, Indiana, Illinois). The employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing. A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided. Able to lodge in public facilities during travel rotation.

Able to identify resources needed, including personnel and equipment for job sites, and contribute to monthly cost to complete projects and advise the Project Manager. Manage and update the work schedule and review progress and performance weekly with the Project Manager.

This position has a strong focus on field coordination and production, safety, and quality compliance. Responsible for managing clean energy projects from the site field office in Rockford, IL. Ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on-time, and within budget.

Ensures that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencing any work. Maintains accurate records of all work performed and ensures that all documentation is up-to-date. The Construction Manager must also ensure that all employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks safely and efficiently.

Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, architects, contractors, and clients. Must be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions quickly. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clean energy projects from conception to completion
