About the position

The Clean Energy Program Analyst will support a federal government client in achieving climate and clean energy goals through the administration of federal grants. This role involves providing program administration, financial tracking, technical support, and policy analysis throughout the grants management lifecycle, from application review to grant closeout. The position is contingent upon award and requires a motivated individual to contribute to clean energy transition and climate solutions.

Responsibilities
• Perform programmatic and project management support services to support the operation of a program office and senior management.

• Manage existing and available data to optimize performance of programs and business functions.

• Assist in evaluating and identifying relevant business data; compile information to ensure all applicable data is stored and available for use.
,
• Provide information in the form of reports, information guides, spreadsheets, and other customer administrative documents.

Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, public administration, or a related discipline.

• Five years of relevant experience; a master's degree in a related discipline may substitute for two years of experience.

• Ability to create presentations using visual depictions of data, graphs, and charts.
,
• Strong communication and analytical skills; comfortable working independently.
,
• Competent use of a wide range of computer programs and software.

• Good time management skills to meet deadlines; strong attention to detail; ability to self-edit and quality-check all work.

• Able to pass a U.S. federal government background check and public trust clearance process - US Citizenship is required.
