Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer - STP Operator to oversee the operations, maintenance, and performance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP). The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering with expertise in STP construction, operations, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor civil structures, tanks, and foundations to maintain structural integrity.
• Supervise construction, repair, and maintenance activities related to STP.
• Ensure compliance with CPHEEO & IS codes and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and maintain records of civil work, water quality reports, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for plant optimization.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to enhance plant efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation related to plant operations.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in STP operations, construction, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes, CPHEEO guidelines, and IS codes.
• Experience in structural maintenance, pipeline construction, and wastewater management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other civil engineering tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work on-site and handle field challenges efficiently.
