Position Overview

Eco Enclose is seeking a Chief Marketing & Growth Officer to drive enterprise customer acquisition and new business revenue growth. The CMGO’s primary responsibility is to manage top-funnel marketing and sales strategies that result in high quality discovery meetings with enterprise ecommerce brands.

This executive will be a critical member of the leadership team, and will oversee the digital marketing, events, partnership sales, and business development teams to manage and optimize a seamless, high-performing strategy that attracts and engages enterprise leads, and sets these relationships up for success with the enterprise sales team.

Key Goals for the First 12 Months
• Maintain and strengthen Eco Enclose’s brand and positioning in the market as the innovation and thought leader in sustainable packaging, and the go-to partner to forward thinking companies.
• Drive $10 million in new business in first year, and 50% new business revenue growth in each subsequent year.
• CGMO’s primary oversight will be top funnel - developing and overseeing the digital marketing, events, partnerships and business development team strategies to collectively bring in 1,000+ discovery meetings with enterprise ICP brands.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and continuously optimize a comprehensive enterprise top funnel sales strategy focused on high-value lead generation.
• Oversee inbound and outbound demand-generation efforts, working with individual teams to build predictable systems for growth.
• Optimize lead capture, nurturing, and conversion processes to drive high meeting volume and revenue impact.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve the marketing and sales funnel efficiency.
• Ensure that all outbound, inbound, and general marketing initiatives align with the goal of setting up 1,000+ enterprise brand meetings annually.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Management
• Lead and manage four functional areas:
• Digital Marketing Team – This team oversees website, digital marketing, content creation, content marketing, paid advertising, and SEO strategies with the goal of driving inbound lead generation.
• Events Lead - This individual manages and executes Eco Enclose-led in-person and virtual events with the goals of bringing in new enterprise relationships, nurturing existing relationships, and strengthening Eco Enclose’s brand as a sustainability and packaging thought leaders.
• Partnership Sales Lead – This individual drives one-to-many lead generation, with a focus on referral partnerships, strategic partnerships and leveraging Eco Enclose’s professional network.
• Business Development Team – This team nurtures newly aware and interested brands to convert them into discovery calls with our sales team.
• Builds and optimizes an ABM system that allows for seamless engagement with enterprise leads across all four of the above functional areas.
