Green Building Consultant Facilitation Role
This position is designed for experienced professionals with expertise in Green Building projects and facilitation.
The ideal candidate must possess a thorough understanding of LEED, IGBC, or GRIHA Green Building Rating Systems across various typologies.

We are seeking an individual to execute Green Building projects under various rating programs, coordinate with clients, and incorporate green features into project documentation.
The responsibilities of this role include:
• Executing Green Building projects under various rating programs viz. LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA
• Coordination with clients and incorporating Green features into project documentation
• Carry out Feasibility study of the project for certification
• Conveying and explaining green building concepts to clients
• Do gap analysis in design and suggest improvements to meet targeted level of certification
• Attending review meetings and making presentations to clients
• Coordinate with Simulation team and propose Energy Conservation Measures in the project
• Conduct design tender review to ensure incorporation of Green requirements in design
• Conducting site visits and coordinating with Contractors for compliance on site requirements
• Review of Project's progress and communicate to all stakeholders
• Documentation for pre and final certification of the project
• Working on review replies and ensuring targeted level of certification
• *Requirements:**
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering (BEE)
• Certified Energy Manager/Auditor (LEED AP)
• Understanding of LEED ratings
• Energy Simulation/Ref Std/Energy Efficiency desirable
