Rock Creek Conservancy seeks an experienced executive leader to head our Outdoor Programs department, responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that promote environmental awareness and appreciation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and lead outdoor educational programs for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with community groups and partner organizations to enhance programming
• Develop and manage budgets for program activities
• Foster relationships with donors and sponsors to secure funding for programs

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong passion for environmental education, and experience in program development and management.

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; a master's degree is desired. Executive level achievement in the fields of philanthropy, conservation, environmental education, advocacy, policy, law, and/or related fields is preferred but not required.
