We are looking for a talented Sustainable Materials Manager to join our team in India. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving operational excellence and building strong relationships with suppliers and implementation partners across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operational aspects of our organic cotton project in India, including capacity building, premium payment checks, third-party testing, and certifications.
• Evaluate the performance of third parties, implementation bodies, and suppliers operating in India.
• Develop and implement effective grievance mechanisms at the ginning/farm level in India.
• Conduct regular social condition checks and analysis at the farm level in India.
• Identify and mitigate potential certification delays impacting production timelines.

This position demands exceptional project management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
