About the Role

The HR Case Management Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the team in managing workplace investigations, return-to-work processes, and other HR related matters. This includes conducting investigations, gathering evidence, drafting allegations, and delivering detailed findings.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a variety of HR cases, with a primary focus on workplace investigations.
• Oversee non-work-related return-to-work processes and abandonment of employment cases.
• Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure seamless communication and updates.
