Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled CCUS Project Manager to lead our full-scale carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) solution for the cement industry.
Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee project execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring technical, financial, safety, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
• Collaborate with the Director to deliver strategic direction and engage stakeholders in project oversight.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between workstreams.
• Ensure project meets company standards for quality and delivery.
• Work with the Analyst to maintain project schedules and risk registers.
• Manage project budget and contingency.
• Oversee project incentive funding requirements and processes.
• Support contract negotiations and management.
• Maintain accurate records of team meetings and progress updates.
Requirements:
• 10-15 years industrial construction experience with 5+ years in a project management role.
• Post-secondary degree in engineering, construction management, or related field experience.
• Successfully delivered complex projects in Canada with energy infrastructure project experience desired.
• Working experience with EPCs (favorable) or other large contract execution models.
• Experience in leading, motivating, training, and mentoring others.
• Experience in performance management, goals setting, and providing ongoing feedback.
• Strong external and internal communication.
• Capable of managing priorities in a complex and ever-changing environment.
• Demonstrate competency in translating key decisions into financial implications & trade-offs.
• Proficient in cost management, project management, and scheduling program software.
