Job Description
Nature Positive is seeking a Carbon, Climate & Sustainability Consultant in London. The role involves delivering BREEAM assessments, supporting carbon LCA projects, and managing project administration. Candidates should have a relevant degree, project management experience, and strong communication skills. The position offers opportunities to work on industry-leading sustainability projects and requires a flexible, team-oriented attitude. A full UK driver's license is advantageous.

RSK’s Carbon and Sustainability team is a fast-paced business providing quality sustainability and environmental advice and assurance to many sectors. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Carbon, Climate & Sustainability Consultant to join our team moving forward.
As a key part of the Nature Positive team you will be supporting on and delivering BREEAM assessments to various clients and sectors, while also having the chance with supporting on sustainability and energy statements.
You will also have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in deliver consultancy on interesting, industry-leading sustainability projects.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supporting works in carbon LCA (embodied, construction and operational)
• Supporting wider works associated with the Carbon and Sustainability team.
• Supporting the delivery of project administration and financial management from the team.
• To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your role.
Qualifications And Experience
Required:
• Relevant undergraduate degree or qualification in complimentary subject
• Either proven project management experience or willingness to progress to a PM role
• Demonstrable communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
• Understanding and/or experience of energy modelling (e.g. SBEM and SAP)
• Experience in environmental sector / industry
• Relevant environmental professional qualifications (MIEMA, CEnv etc)
• It is advantageous for candidates to hold a full UK drivers’ licence.
Person Specification
You will be a strong team player with an energetic outlook and a flexible, positive can-do attitude. Having excellent problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the ability to analyse, review and summarise large amounts of text and data with a high attention to detail will be key for this specific role.
You will also be confident in meeting and speaking with colleagues and clients, and have the ability to work both alone and as part of a team, with people at all levels, to persuade and encourage.
Having competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel and Strong written and verbal communication skills including writing, ability to liaise with team/clients with succinct or detailed explanations as appropriate and strong presentation skills would be advantageous.
