Job Overview
A law firm is seeking a Capital Projects and Infrastructure Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in project finance and development, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Duties
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to project finance, including tax equity financing and debt financing.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related to infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with clients and teams on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) agreements.
• Develop and negotiate supply agreements and power purchase agreements.
• Independently manage components of complex deals, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support professional development initiatives.

Requirements
• 4-7 years of experience in project finance and development.
• Proven track record with renewable energy and/or infrastructure projects.
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
• Must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia.

Skills
