Capital Markets Lead

VirtualVocations is seeking a Capital Markets Lead to develop and implement a capital markets strategy. Responsibilities include designing the roadmap for securitizations and loan sales, managing investor relationships, and executing transactions. Candidates should have 5-8 years of experience in capital markets or investment banking, with strong knowledge of ABS and structured finance. Experience in homeowner lending products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the capital markets roadmap, including warehouse lines, securitizations, and loan sale programs
Build and manage a pipeline of institutional investor relationships
Lead execution of ABS or whole loan transactions, including structuring, modeling, negotiating, and closing
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking
Deep knowledge of ABS, securitizations, and structured consumer credit products
Existing relationships with institutional investors across public and private markets
Strong modeling and transaction execution experience
Experience with homeowner or property-related lending products is a plus
