Job Description:

The capital Markets Financial Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the company's valuation model and producing financial reports and presentations. The role also involves monitoring global sector news, events and transactions, analyzing their potential impact on the company and generate key insights. Additionally, the analyst will assist and support the Capital Markets VP in interfacing with various company investors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Valuation Model Management: Develop, maintain, and update the company’s financial valuation model to reflect current market conditions and company performance.
• Financial Reporting and Presentations: Supporting the preparation of the financial reports, including quarterly and annual reports, and develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Global Sector Analysis: Monitor news and events in the global sector relevant to the company, analyze their potential impact, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Peer Group Analysis: Prepare and maintain a peer group analysis of the company's competitors including valuations, KPI's and other relevant metrics.
• Investor Relations: Support and the Capital market VP with his investor relations, providing accurate and timely information about the company’s financial performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in financial reports analysis and financial modeling for company valuation.
• Familiarity with capital markets and publicly traded companies.
• High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel.
