Capital Markets Deal Execution & Investor Management Intern

GreenSky Administrative Services LLC is seeking a Capital Markets Deal Execution & Investor Management Intern for a hybrid position in Atlanta, GA, running from May 18 to August 7, 2026. The intern will support the Capital Markets team with deal execution, investor reporting, and market analysis. Candidates should be pursuing an undergraduate degree, with a strong interest in finance. Compensation is $20/hour for undergraduates.

Position: Capital Markets Deal Execution and Investment Management Intern.

Location: Hybrid (3-days in our Sandy Springs office/2-days remote).

About: This position will be working on our Capital Markets team, reporting to out VP of Capital Markets.

Our Internship Program will run from May 18, 2026-August 7, 2026

Internship Description:

The intern will support the Capital Markets team in their deal execution efforts. These deals include asset-backed securitizations, forward flow sales, and bespoke asset sales. In addition to front-end deal execution support, the intern will also assist with post-closing investor reporting.
• Attend daily team meetings, which include GreenSky Executive Leadership and Deal Team.
• Develop a conversational knowledge level of market trends and GreenSky organizational practices.
• Create improved investor and rating agency informational materials and pitchbooks.
• Support investor diligence efforts by collaborating with various members of the organization to compile pertinent materials.
• Design an optimized Capital Markets investor reporting tracking system to maintain record of engagement.

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled and seeking an undergraduate bachelor’s degree.
• Finance, Business, or related major not required, as long as the applicant demonstrates a strong interest in Finance and/or Capital Markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office set, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of fixed income and debt markets generally.
• Awareness of institutional involvement (private equity, investment banks, et al.)
• Basic accounting and finance coursework and understanding.
• Strong desire to learn and make an impact.
• Team-focused mentality.
• Detail oriented and highly organized with ability to manage multiple relationships in a fast-paced environment with tight, market-driven deadlines.
• Knowledgeable about current macroeconomic events.

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets.

The base hourly rate for this role is $20.00 per hour for students pursuing an undergraduate degree and $25.00

per hour for students pursuing a graduate degree.
