Capital Markets Analyst

VirtualVocations is seeking a Capital Markets Analyst to enhance its solar portfolio through third-party capital financing. Responsibilities include executing financing, maintaining investor relationships, and assisting with financial and risk analysis. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in clean tech or investment banking, and possess strong financial modeling skills. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
A company is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst to support the development of its solar portfolio through third-party capital financing.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of third-party capital financing, including construction debt and tax equity financing
Maintain relationships with investors and coordinate with Legal and Structuring departments for project data accuracy
Assist in financial and risk analysis for development, construction, and asset management teams
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience in clean tech, energy, or related sectors; solar experience preferred
1-3 years of relevant Investment Banking experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Math, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required
Robust financial modeling skills
Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S
