YOUR ROLE

The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of success within the Procurement practice of a leading management consulting firm . They will demonstrate:

+ A comprehensive understanding of current industry dynamics and emerging trends in Procurement, with a broader perspective on the evolving Supply Chain landscape

+ Deep expertise across key Procurement capability areas, including:

+ Procurement Strategy

+ Procurement Organization & Operating Model Design

+ Strategic Sourcing & Category Management

+ Process Improvement & Optimization

+ Spend Analysis & Cost Reduction Initiatives

+ Procurement Technology & Package Selection

+ Broader experience across other Supply Chain disciplines such as:

+ Supply Chain Planning

+ Logistics & Distribution

+ Manufacturing Operations

+ Supply Chain Analytics

+ A strong executive presence with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills

YOUR PROFILE

We would love to see a candidate with:

· Bachelor’s degree, Advanced degree a plus

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to articulate and present different points of view to different audiences

· Ability to work with both the business users and IT project team members

· Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

· Time management skills are a must, along with the ability to be flexible
