California Licensed Architect

Urban Design Specialists LLC is seeking a California Licensed Architect for their Los Angeles office. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with Multifamily projects and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates should have strong communication skills, knowledge of Building Codes, and experience in plan checks. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40–65 per hour.
Urban Desing Specialists is looking for a CA licensed Architect to join our team in Marina Del Rey. A California Architectural license is required. The successful candidate must have experience with Multifamily projects, including Type III and Type I construction. A minimum of 2 years of experience is also required. UDS is a team of successful professionals working in a friendly fun environment of a wide variety of projects ranging from custom homes to Hotels and hire-rise residential buildings. This position will be offered to an individual who is ready to be a part of a team, has strong communication skills, has proven knowledge of Building Codes, and has experience in conducting plan checks. Must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. A work permit is required and no sponsorship or visa assistance is offered.
