Our vision is to create a world without waste, and our mission is to establish integrated recycling units across different areas to ensure sustainability at every step.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Co-Founder [ CTO ] at 3R ZeroWaste Private Limited in Gurugram. As a Co-Founder, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Technology product development & operations, developing and implementing strategies, managing communication, and conducting research to support our mission and vision.

Hands on with Latest IT Tools for developing innovative products using AI / ML , AR/VR , Blockchain , Cryptocurrency , Web 3.0 etc .

Qualifications
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Research: Ability to conduct research and gather relevant information
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of circular economy and waste management practices
• Experience in the environmental or sustainability sector is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

CTO : Have previously worked in a StartUp and good at high technology Mobile application built environment .

Preference will be given to someone who has passion for ClimateTech.

Preference will be given to someone who can invest and take Equity.
