About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CEQA/NEPA Expert to join our Water Resources Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, advising clients, and developing business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the water resources sector, preparing CEQA/NEPA documents, and coordinating with water agencies, public works departments, and engineering firms.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and advise clients on all aspects of the CEQA/NEPA process, including compliance with CEQA Guidelines, agency-specific guidance, legislation, and case law.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities, preparing proposals and securing contracts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.
