Compensation
• Average weekly pay: $1,440
• Base 60 CPM with 2,400 average miles per week
• Experienced Minimum Weekly Pay Guaranteed: $900
• Average annual pay: $75,000
• Additional pay includes:
• $20 Paid Stop-Off (average 2-3 stop loads per week)
• $20 / per hour Paid Detention (after only 1 hour)

Home Time, Route & Schedule
• Home Time/Schedule: Choose from 1.5 days home after 5.5 days out or 3 days home after 14 days out.
• Start day is typically Sunday or Monday
• Operating Area: Primarily Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, and Georgia. Occasionally, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Florida, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas
• Level of Touch: One-way network freight, mixed customers, 99% no-touch freight and 50/50 drop and hook

Equipment
• All Late Model Freightliner Cascadia's & Kenworth T680's
• Amenities: Bunk heaters, idle free, 1500-watt inverter
• Automatic
• MPG Bonus: You can earn up to $300 / per month
• Inward & Outward facing cameras (activated on incident only - 20 seconds)

Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Recent CDL A Grads Welcome; those who have graduated within 100-days!
• 0 minimum DUI/DWIs in last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Caledonia, WI or be willing to relocate for this position (must own license in the state you are relocating)
