Job Description

Are you ready for a fast-paced, hands-on experience in HR and office management? We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual for a ‑month replacement position at our office located in the center of Paris. In this role, you’ll support our HR initiatives and help keep our office an awesome, engaging place to work—all while gaining valuable experience in a growing, innovative company.

Working closely with our HR team across various locations, you’ll ensure top-notch service for all employees and contribute fresh ideas to improve day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Human Resources
Handle HR coordinator duties, including employee onboarding, termination paperwork, and compliance. Assist with recruiting efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for local staff. Contribute to developing and ensuring consistent compliance with corporate HR policies. Collaborate with HR colleagues to drive company-wide initiatives.

Office Management
Oversee Health & Safety and manage office space requirements. Manage front desk / reception tasks—answer phones, greet guests, coordinate deliveries, and order supplies. Address employee queries related to office management. Coordinate travel bookings and review travel expense claims. Organize in-house or off-site events, celebrations, and conferences. Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Desired Skills & Experience
BS / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Years’ experience as an HR Coordinator / Specialist or Office Manager, ideally within the Software industry. Experience in payroll management. Knowledge of BE employment regulations is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Spanish) are a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. A customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in employee relations. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office; familiarity with HRIS applications is an asset.
