Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Energy Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on energy efficiency and sustainability solutions to our clients offering them the best business energy contracts available .

You will engage with customers to identify their needs, present tailored solutions, and drive sales through effective communication and negotiation. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for promoting energy-efficient practices.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' energy usage and needs.
- Develop and present customised energy solutions.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of energy-efficient products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to energy efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
- Proficient in IT systems relevant to the role; familiarity with CRM software is admirable.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
